The room was clean. But the property itself was in disrepair. Black mold by the pool with paint falling off. The breakfast was sparse and the doors and walls were very thin.

This is a budget motel and one does not expect luxury. My gripe was that my room was cold, colder than the hall. There was no way to adjust temperature, the bed covers were minimal, no extra blanket available, and that was a major deficit, even for a budget facility

We liked the location. We didn't like the new management since we were there last. Nothing was the same. Disappointed in room and the stale breakfast offering. Won't be staying there any longer.

The property was in rough shape they said they were remodeling which means floors didn’t get vacuumed trash was every where in hall ways from other customers house keeper cleaned a room down the hall from mine vacuumed the room but left the hall ways a mess. They property employees and owners where have a birthday party on site which means any issue would be addressed when they felt like it. The remote to my tv stopped working 5mins into my stay I call the front desk a few times no one answers, I then go to the front desk no one’s there. Being thoughtful to the fact that these are ppls jobs n lively hood I waiting on the short side 20 mins but in reality 30 for the front desk person to come back n find out there’s a party which means service will be lack luster only plus is what should u expect from a 50 dollar room lmaoooo…..over they lived up to the price

The property is easy to get to. There are restaurants close by. Our room was supposed to have a refrigerator. They told us we would get one, but not until the third day of our 4 day stay. They never brought us a fridge. I so woke up one morning with multiple insect bites on both hands. I thank them for compensating us for some of our expense.

The entire first floor of the buildimg reeked of pot. The outside of the building was nothimg but garbage, broken beer bottles, empty beer cans and filth. We were there for the dog show and used the sude entrance to go out to exercise dogs. There was so much garbage and junk all over. It was disgusting. The carpet in halls was filthy. The staff was friendly but that was the only good thing. Would not stay again

When arriving everything seemed okay. After checking in and going to the room the side doors do not lock or latch. The first level smelled like weed and looked like people lived there full time with junk in the hall way. Room seemed some what clean, but found garbage in entry from previous people. The pool and hot tub were great temps, but the water levels were low and the water was very salty. The hit tub also had a layer of what felt like sand in the bottom. Photos look way better than it does in pictures. Will not recommend and will not stay again.

Not worth it
Hotel wasn’t in best condition, tiles missing in pool and hot tub, holes in wall, bed was mattress on futon frame not that comfortable made springing noises every time I moved, asked for late check out when I made reservation got email confirming a noon check out was told at 11 there is no late check out and I had to go. No signage at entrance where gps brings u in, parking lot had a foot of snow and not plowed till next day

Don't use Hotels.com
Hotels.com allowed me to choose what kind of room I wanted but it was not what I got when I actually got to the hotel . I will not use Hotels com again.

On the listing there was no mention of a minimum age requirement… they require a person over 21 to check in. They made an exception because of the misunderstanding but that would’ve been bad if we drove all this way and were turned away from the room we’d booked.

Our stay was good, but what really made it great was Indu she was at the front desk when we arrived. Very kind and helpful, always checking and making sure everything was good. She gave us a room, that was recently renovated, but it had an issue with the hot water, she offered to swap it the same night, but we preferred the next morning because we were tired. Our trip was during the holidays, and we know that it is hard to be working during holidays, but she was very pleased to host us and provide excellent service during the whole stay. She always had a smile on her face. Thank you!

Horrible customer service
Horrible service. Checked in around 9 pm, requested extended check out. Check out was approved, told to call the next morning and tell front desk a time. (Weird for me to have to go out of my way to do so, but I agreed) returned to our room at 8:30 am, Cale’s front desk, gave them a time. Told to call back at 9 am and discuss this again. I explained that we had just gotten to our room for sleep, and that I would try to call but that this was their notification and my request. At 11 am a knock came to my door from housekeeping, telling me to vacate the room, I explained we had a late check out for 1 pm. Even offered to pay extra. And I was told that was not his problem, and that late check out was 11:30. At this point I said fine, give me 45 mins to get myself together shower and I would vacate. Instead I was told that it was now 11:30, and he would not allow further time and we needed to leave right then. I went to the front desk, explained everything. And was refused a refund. So we did everything right by them. Paid for a room with a deposit. That both were not returned to me. And we only utilized the room for 2.5 hours of sleep. At the end of the day- very unprofessional and even if I was in the wrong, which I was not, it’s never okay for staff to speak with someone the way I was spoken to.

I stayed at this property for all Badger home games and each of my stays were great! By the end of my last stay, I literally feel like I made funs with all the staff there. Great place to stay and wonderful people running it!
