"We had a really nice stay. There were some items that had not been clean, (I.e. pizza pan in oven, towels, and under bunk bed) but it wasn’t anything major. The door to the rooftop would not lock correctly and we used a chair to keep it closed. Owner was easy to contact and welcomed any concerns we had about the property. "It was clean and quiet, the two main things I am looking for when I travel for business. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Rock n Dough, was very good. The staff was friendly, efficient and responsive. Even though it allows pets, I can't say I heard any. "

"We stayed with our three kids, ages, 20, 18, and 16, for a long Nashville weekend. The house was comfortable and very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood felt safe but the nearby retail area felt less safe. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, although could use a couple of bigger frying pans. The house is a 20 minute drive from downtown Nashville, which was just fine for our stay. Overall we were pleased and felt it was a good value for the money."

"Enjoyed the hot tub and shuffle board with friends after a long day of working at the NWTF convention all weekend. Will definitely rent again. Could use another shower curtain though … current one stained making it look nasty. But the home was very clean and met all of our needs."

"Cynthia at the desk was amazing and super friendly. All of the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of noise around and in the property when 9:00 pm was the "quite time". I would have to sleep with headphones and music every night because there was so much noise by tenants as well as outside parking lot noise going on ALL night long which was stressful."
