Walk in the front door to an open concept with cathedral ceilings and beautiful custom wood work. Inside, you’ll find a charmingly updated interior that combines all the modern conveniences with character to spare – notice the pressed-tin backsplash in the kitchen and main bedroom suite’s bathroom and the antique dresser painted in shabby chic blue and now serving as a coffee station. Brew yourself a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and start the day in the enclosed sunroom at the back of the house, with a sweet hammock swing, Boho egg chairs, and an overstuffed sofa, all with a view of the trees behind the home. Breakfast prep is a breeze in the full kitchen, which features all the appliances and plenty of counter space. When it’s time to eat, you’ll have your choice of a breakfast bar or built-in, window-front dining nook, which features a live-edge wooden crank table. After a fun day out, head home and get the wood stove on the main floor crackling. Grab one of the many board games on hand for some family together-time or, for a bit of TV, settle into the loft seating area and stream your favorite shows. No matter how you spend your evening, this darling cabin in the woods will be cozy and comfortable. Enjoy two first floor bedrooms, one featuring a bunk room with one full bed, a queen, and a twin and across the hall, one bedroom with a queen. Upstairs, you will find a futon couch along with a floor mattress in the loft . Plenty of outdoor games to play such as corn hole, ladder ball, can jam and horse shoes, along with a nice fire pit to sit by for smore's and watching our kids have fun. The home is set back and quiet, yet not too far from the local area. It was the perfect location for hiking, kayaking and relaxing. Also on the day we were to leave my 3 yr old accidentally dropped his toothbrush into the toilet as he flushed it. We let Jeremy know and he said it would be handled by the property manager. It made for a lovely weekend away with some close family. We were looking to have a quiet and relaxing weekend in New Hampshire and that is exactly what we got. We were about 20 minutes away from Conway where we went to walk around town, explore shops, and take a ride on the North Conway Scenic Railroad. After a chilly day outdoors we got to enjoy the cozy space of the home. The hosts were more than accommodating and made the entire process so easy. I made the mistake of not including our dogs on the reservation, however Jeremy made no problem of it and was flexible with the last-minute changes. This was a lovely experience for us all and would recommend this stay to anyone :) ##### Robert B.
