Nice clean property. They did a great job of having so many small amenities and conveniences. Beds were comfortable. Also in a great, quiet neighborhood. If i come back for the ironman event, i will look for this listing again!

We were visiting family in Madison. This was a perfect property. Very clean and well appointed home. I appreciated the Amazon Alexa and tv options. Great area to walk. We walked to food and ice cream. Very close to downtown. Highly recommend the property!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The house is spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Angela is an awesome host. She was very responsive and even left us a welcome gift. Everything we needed was provided, a complete coffee bar, toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds - it was perfect!! We will definitely rent this property again.

From beginning to end this was a perfect experience. First off - it’s HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Second - the whole place was immaculate. Third - they thought of everything from wireless chargers to snacks to a Christmas tree lit up when we arrived. I could go on and on but suffice it to say - I highly recommend staying at the Prairie Retreat! 10/10

#### Amazing Home - Amazing Host

Wow - we loved our stay at this property! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location, and tons of amenities! The host included snacks, coffee, tea, & toiletries. As much as we travel we have never seen these extras in a rental! Our host also stayed in contact with us and checked to make sure everything was great and if we needed anything extra. We would highly recommend staying at this location! We loved having breakfast every morning together, we had a great movie night downstairs (we loved the reclining sofa), and had a great pin pong match! Thank you - we loved our stay and loved WI!! The Fullers!

#### So many thoughtful touches. They’ve thought of everything! 

We felt at home from the moment we stepped inside the house. It is so clean and inviting. The house is so organized and well stocked. There is a coffee bar with regular and decaf Keurig pods and tea bags. We really appreciated the snack bags of munchies and the cheese, sausage and cracker tray. There are tvs in basically every room. There were extra blankets and towels and they were all fresh and clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable and there were phone chargers in each room. Our Labrador retriever enjoyed snuggling in the cozy dog bed and we really appreciated that they had left dog dishes, a leash and dog bags. The house had tons of light and a neutral calming decor. We would definitely recommend. Close to Target, Costco, Starbucks and many restaurants. I totally recommend staying at the Prairie Retreat. Thank you Angela.

We had a wonderful stay in Madison and loved the property. It was spacious, clean, convenient (location to airport/Madison/restaurants etc and kitchens on both levels), beautifully decorated, and it met all of our needs. And, we really appreciated the information binder with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The house was perfect for our group! Clean, felt like home base for our group. Plenty of fresh linens and towels. It had everything we needed and more. The hosts were so helpful and communicated so well. Just the right amount!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Full of amenities and little touches that were perfect! The house even had air mattresses available for additional bedding. Received a welcome gift at check in. Pet friendly for anyone who likes to bring along their fur babies . Very clean and spacious. Checked all the boxes !

During our stay, our family appreciated all the lovely comforts of this property from the well-stocked coffee/tea bar, provided snacks and pet treats, high quality bedding and towels, provided travel sized toiletries, cleanliness and organization, entertainment room and games, and close proximity to restaurants, Target, parks, and Madison. When we were not exploring Madison, at the property we enjoyed playing games, watching movies, walking our dog in the neighborhood, and playing pickleball at a nearby park. We would 150% stay at the Prairie Retreat again and again! Thank you to the property owner for thinking of all the details - small and big.

#### Highly recommend. Exceeds expectations. Outstanding property, outstanding host.

This is one of the best (maybe THE best) property we’ve ever stayed at. The home is laid out so well. We had everything we needed and more. Angela is an incredibly responsive host. Our Christmas stay was so perfect we extended it by an extra day. Thank you to Angela for helping us with the additional arrangements!
