The property itself and location was fine. The customer service left something to be desired. I inquired about staying an additional night and the immediate response was that "it will be pricey" followed by over 30 open room accommodations. The room was oddly set up - such that when you lay down, your head is facing the door to the room (and top of head at facing west). Odd set up. But it was clean and served its purpose.

The Hampton was very clean and neat throughout the entire hotel. All of the employees I came in contact with (front desk employees, housekeeping staff) were friendly and polite. Reasonable rates.

Front staff was never at the desk, coffee was not available 24/7 like website states. There was not a volleyball net in the pool like the pictures show. On a plus side, kids loved the pools little play area.

The place was very clean and the inside looked very nice. The beds were terrible. Almost decided to come home. The free breakfast was good. Coffee not the best. The pool area was pretty clean but the smell of the chlorine was overwhelming. Made my eyes burn.

The area was fine but the pull out couch was awful to sleep on. Could feel the springs when you lay down. Had to put it back into a couch to sleep. There is no quiet time at all. Kids running up and down the halls, banging on doors. Adults and kids being obnoxious and loud till midnight. As much money as I spent. It should have been a better experience.
