The location couldn’t have been better with the beach for swimming within walking distance and only a 15 min drive to N Conway. Check in was a breeze and communicating with Select Realty who manage the property was great! The only downside was the cleanliness of the home. The BBQ grill was dirty and the grill brush had no metal left to scrub it. We wound up getting one to clean the grill and left if for future guests. The other issue we had was that in the master bedroom the ceiling fan had lots of dust on the fan blades, which given that there was no AC we had to use the fan. In general, the home could have used a good dusting. Overall we were pleased with the rental and throughly enjoyed our stay! ##### Amy H. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### christine m. 14 août 2021 #### Lanza property House wasn’t very clean—appliances were “sticky” -large stain on the rug -very dusty and the closets were overpacked. There were cobwebs on the outside light fixtures It felt like we walked into someone’s house that they had just left but forgot to clean. Lots of upgrades needed— such as the curtain rod attachments were broken-the window handles didnt work-the vacuum smelled so bad we couldn’t use it. (There were 3 others in the lower level) the sink faucets are so worn-the batteries in every remote were dead-easy fixes that could be done inexpensively. With that being said, the price was lower than other close choices. The pond was in walking distance and was very refreshing. The weather was hot all week and the house was not air conditioned. The location is close to lots of things but secluded enough to be quiet. The deck was large and roomy enough to cook on and eat on. There are TVs in all rooms but there should be directions how to use them and turn them on. Small things that matter. Not sure if we would stay here again. ##### christine m. First thing I noticed upon entering the property was the very outdated appliances. I don’t think this was clear in the pictures when I reserved the house. The lock on another door was broken and couldn’t be opened from the outside as the key would just spin in the lock. These may be minor details, but make for an overall impression that is less than ideal. Pros - property was very clean and overall functional. ##### Erik M.
