Enjoyed my stay. Nice clean room. Location was perfect. We were a little concerned when we (2 females) returned to the hotel after midnight and the lobby doors where not only left unlocked but wide open for anyone to walk in off the street. And there was no one at the front desk. Other than that we had a good stay.

The hotel itself is fine. Not great not bad just fine. They are doing remodeling as many hotels are. That being said the front area by reception smelled like weed hardcore. My room was on the 3rd floor and thankfully did not smell of dope but of old grease. Like a deep fryer that needs to be cleaned. But since they can't really control what people cook in the kitchenettes I get it. I settled in and noticed little details. Burn marks on the bathtub. Cheese crusty on the counter by the stove. Hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine

The rooms are definitely jazzed up in the pictures. Which is usually expected. The breakfast was.. interesting. Not what was advertised on the website. The room was clean and quiet and the check in process was easy. Just don’t be surprised when you’re underwhelmed if you stay in one of their “suites”.

We were given the wrong room when we talk to the person at the front desk that night they said there’s nothing they could do we’d have to talk to management in the morning so we went down in the morning. The person at the desk said that management was on it last night. The room was a big part of why we chose this hotel as well as the room that we got the refrigerator was leaking heavily all night so anytime I got up I was stepping in water. Our window look like it was shot at the screen door, and the window was all bent up wasn’t happy with the tile in the pool. My children continue to slip any time they got out of the pool. I think that that is potentially harmful to children.

We spent a night here with our granddaughter. The pool was perfect for us, small and not crowded. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but provided what we needed to get going on our day.

People deserve better for what you charge to stay
I think they should not be operating under the conditions the hotel was in. Bathtub was dirty toilet had stains on them. Complimentary breakfast was bad they only had cereal and one waffle maker. I had to deposit 100 dollars for a 20 dollar hotel

We were greeted at the entrance by a number of hotel guests standing just outside the front door openly smoking pot. This continued throughout the stay. We did not feel safe there in this type of party environment.

The air conditioning unit was so loud that sleep was impossible. The second night we turned the temp up and were sweating just to avoid the noise. The bathtub was gross and peeling. There was no drain plug just a hole. No taking a bath here. The breakfast had nothing but carbs (cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, waffles) no yogurt, fresh fruit or eggs. The hot tub jets didn't really work. A child blows more forceful bubbles in their milk. The staff was friendly though.

First time staying at a Mainstay. Extremely quiet, very comfortable. I will look for a Mainstay wherever I need to lodge overnight first before any other motel/hotel. Very impressed!
