The bed was surprisingly comfy, room was clean though the bathroom sink counter was damaged. There was also construction happening in the lot next door so there was some noise from that but otherwise everything was good

Room had bugs in bathroom, filthy sheets, stains in walks, reeked of smoke, and a front door with a busted lock. Staff was kind and agreed to refund; booked another hotel.

Convenient location and quiet are the only positives here. Run down room everything had stains on it from the ceiling to the carpet. Breakfast was a brown paper bag of juice and granola bars, no milk or cream to put in your coffee/tea.

There were ashes in the floor against the wall. The comforter was also dirty. The jacuzzi faucet was nearly falling off and the floor around the jacuzzi tub was very soft. The room smelled musty, too.

The property is old and very run down. Room furnishings need to be put to the curb as trash. The buildings should be torn down and a new hotel built. The hotel did serve a purpose as there was widespread power outages in and around Detroit at the time of my stay.

I tried to save a few dollars and I picked this place the pictures don’t do it justice just how bad it is. I went to the Walmart down the street and bought bedding Because our blankets that burn holes and an odd smell

Nice outside til you open the door!
The property is old with CONTACT paper on walls, cracks to in ceiling to see the rafters above. FILTHY rooms, carpet, curtains with massive stains of something, hair on bed sheets. Very run down. NOT what the photo shows. We were refunded and found another motel different name miles away across from the Hospital. THEN sheets were go ahead take off from another room ...NO!! No extra bedding on facility.

The kids enjoyed the pool and it appeared to be well maintained. Ice machine out of order Room was in rough shape but relatively clean. Safe and affordable.

OK for some but not me again.
The room reeked. I left the door open except at night to try and air the room out some. The sink is cracked/ broken and the bathroom door and sill need to be replaced. The so called breakfast was a paper bag with a kids apple juice a couple of disgusting trail mix bars and a piece of cornbread.

Holes in the walls, door jams broke and wide gaps in the wood. Literally several holes in the walls, drapes and sheets had holes in them. I have pictures, it looked horrible. It was 11:30 when I checked, otherwise I would have left. I never walked on the carpet, it was scary. The place was a dump.

Room was decent. It was pretty peaceful and I had no complaints. Good room for the price. I'm actually going back soon. My son loved room and didn't want to leave.

I didnt likenthat mt room was infested with insects, roaches, spiders ,ants and you could see the floor was not mopped prior to my arrival. I literally had to go buy cleaning spray and clean myself. And the room smelled like smoking.

Clean room is hit or miss. Scetchy guests
We had 2 rooms. One room was pretty clean but the second room was horrible. We had to go out and buy lysol wipes and air freshener. The remote was greasy and buttons didnt work, the bathroom counter didnt look clean, there was still an old filter i. The coffee pot. The a/c only worked sometimes. The toliet seat was very loose. Both rooms did have clean sheets and no bugs so thats a plus. There were people partying in the room next to us at 2am. Yhe nusic was so loud i could feel it. We called to complain and the security guard came right over. The manager ended up coming after about 15 min because music was loud again. It stopped after that. The next day no loud music but thr people on the other side of us seemed scetchy. Definitely not a place to bring kids around My overall thought, if loud music doesnt bother you and you are just stopping through to sleep during a road trip, it should be good enough. If you are staying more than that, pay thr extra $10 a day to stay across the street

The room was not clean, floors unvacuumed, and ants on the bed. That however is not the worst problem. The room security is wanting. The phone in the room, even after even after a change to another room DOES NOT WORK. A call to the frontdesk required a call via cell phone to front desk. I am totally displeased and finacially raped by this experience.
