Just based on the location, I would probably book this house again! It was easy to get a hold off staff and get my questions answered. The amenities were great.
This is a very old house (built in 1910s) that has been remodeled for an Airbnb. So the hardwood floors and stairs are very squeaky. The king bed is in the only actual bedroom and is on the second floor. On the third floor (the attic) there are two queen beds and a twin bed. Although compartmentalized there are no doors between the third floor beds and downstairs. So sound could easily travel. Also since the house is so old the day after a massive thunderstorm our water pressure was horrendous. But after the staff were notified, they quickly addressed the issue. The house is also not baby proof but it is very clean and we had no problem having our 10 month old crawl around. We just watched him like a hawk, especially around the beautiful plants

Front Desk attendant friendly! Manually entering credit card info (vs swipe/ tap) caused a check in back up. Property and room clean. Brought our pup and the dog love is real! Dog park overgrown and bugs biting everywhere! That is the only place dogs can be off leash and the draw to stay there vs a chain hotel/ BNB closer to Columbus where there is more going on. Only service dogs allowed in adjoined Brew Dog restaurant but no waitstaff service on the patio. Had to go into bar for drinks and to order food. Not ideal if you’re solo with your pup. Also, food is nothing to write home about. Our food truck lunch earlier was better. Dog park overgrown and bugs everywhere! Yes, I said it again. This was our second stay and hoped for more being summer time vs a March stay last year. Don’t think we will give it a third shot since it’s not exactly cheap! Sad because this is a great idea for a quick get away with your fur baby.

"Okay in a pinch but there are many better options available. Felt understaffed + lacked care and attention to detail. Lame amenities. The decor was very dated, every lightbulb in my room was a different color temperature, one light was broken, and housekeeping never came to my room. Not great."
