"We loved the location of this villa and the views! Older parents were with us and thankful no stairs - all one level. Very comfortable upgraded couches were great! The only issue was that we would have liked to be made aware earlier than one week before visit that the access to the country club and golf requires 150 per adult for a week of access even though we were only staying two nights. "Clean room. Comfy beds. Great staff. Great breakfast. This is our go to hotel when we see our daughter at college."

"Just a few issues. Bathrooms on hall with the 3 bedrooms need to be cleaned better. Kitchen range take awhile to heat up and was in need of a good cleaning. Also needs new knobs. Chairs to kitchen table need to be replaced. Ice/water dispensers do not work. Sprayer at kitchen sink sticks. Pool metal stairs and hand rail to other stairs are loose. Bolt lock to outside door of master suite does not lock. Grill was in serious need of clean. Propane was low so even after cleaning it we could not use it. Would suggest someone really take care of the place. It is worth renting. Otherwise the place was room and we enjoyed out time together."

"This was our 4th time booking a stay at this beautiful welcoming cabin. If seeking a place of comfort and serenity, Painted Rock cabin is the place to be. We especially enjoyed the soothing sounds of the rapids and the comforting gentle breezes when relaxing on the wrap around porch watching the wildlife. During this stay we were blessed to see a deer cautiously making her way across the river. We were also fortunate to observe a curious baby black cub as he/she explored the area surrounding the cabin while mother bear foraged for food. What a delight! Every stay has proved to be better than the last! With all said, we definitely be returning in the near future."

"We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. Great location...just a short walk into the town of Hot Springs. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch...watching the mist roll over the mountains in the distance, and at night we could see the lightning bug show."
