L'hôtel est bien situé a côté du haram , le cheking a été très lent malgré le oeu de clients qui attendaient.
Les salles de bain ne sont pas bien adaptées aux personnes âgées ou handicapées! Les paumes de douche sont fixes et ce n'es pas pratique. Petit déjeuner correcte et personnel très sympa et très serviable.

The main advantage of this hotel is the close proximity to Al-masjid Al-Nabawi. However, this hotel is in dire need of an update. The walls in the shower were full of mold. For a 4-bed room, you would think that they would supply more than 2 towels at a time… disappointing accommodations.

Explaing the fact that I was needed a disable toilet for my Mother and they gave me a room with the toilet which was flooded with waste water. Next day when I asked for changing the room Ms. Royof gave me another room which was worse than the previous one. I found her really difficult and unhelpful. Then I needed duty manager Amjad's intervention and it took me three hours to get this sorted. Although the toilet and walk in shower is very tight and not easily accessible. Not an ideal hotel for elderly or disabled people and some of the member of the staff are not helpful. I will not book this hotel again and do not recommend others.

We had a delightful, comfortable stay at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel, during our recent visit for pilgrimage. We had a view of the courtyard and Masjid which the kids loved. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast/suhoor has a good selection. The hotel is very close to the haram. I will definitely be staying here again.

it is close to the Mosque, which make it easy to pray all the prayers in the mosque.
the only thing i find out negative, the room price for the day is overpriced and it is doesn't include breakfast.
i asked the recipients to pay for the Breakfast but they are asking for 110 SAR/person but i can get discount if I took the breakfast for the three days that i am staying which will be 75 SAR/person. this is way expensive!

The location is convenient and lots of shopping options available in the hotel building. However, the washrooms need renovations and the access to the hotel from the mall is a little confusing.

I am calling it bad customer services. Staff allocated us a different room than what was booked. Our reservation had breakfast of 4 but they offered only for 2
Tried changing the room never happened

No value for money - better we tried other close by options

Overall I will rate this hotel as terrible and pathetic. The booking in this hotel has ruined my vacations in such a sacred place. The room that we were given was very old and in horrible state. The furniture was old and broken. We are a family of 4 and had booked a room with twin beds, there was no room to move around. There was no space to keep our luggage. Bathroom was in the worst state. The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was making huge noise, the faucets in shower room was caulked. It is was not good enough for a person to take bath there. The safe in the room was broken. They charged me $350 a night, I will not even pay $20 for this room in United States. I had booked the hotel for 6 nights and paid the full amount at the reception. We checked out next day after talking to the Expedia agent who assured us to get the refund. We have not received any refund so far. Expedia agent asked us to wait for 72 hours after we raised the concern and finally after few days I got an email saying that I will not get a refund. The management in the hotel was not cooperative. The service at the reception was poor. I request Expedia to black list this hotel and get my money back.

The room furniture is really old, apparently painted multiple times, walls have cracks, bathroom is very old fashion , I think there was no upgrade for a long time, I was surprised when I saw the room and the charged for a five star hotel
