Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Andossi - Giardino Alpino Valcava, Lago d'Emet - Pizzo Spadolazzo, Sentiero del Cardinello, and Val Febbraro trails. During the winter season, the property's proximity to the skiing area, just 400 meters away, allows guests to conveniently access the chair lift, ski rental, ski school, and children's ski school.

It features a practical and comfortable layout with a living/dining room equipped with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and a TV. The living area provides direct access to a terrace. Additionally, the apartment includes one double bedroom, one room with a set of bunk beds accommodating two individuals, and another room with a single bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The small, open kitchen is furnished with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Complimentary Nespresso capsules are provided for the coffee machine. The bathroom is complete with a bath, bidet, and toilet. Heating is available throughout the apartment, and the floors are carpeted. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and deck chairs (two). For your convenience, a washing machine and a hair dryer are also provided. Free WiFi internet access is available within the property.
