"This is a great place to stay overnight or for several days! The rooms are nicely designed, and the fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch when thinking ahead to fall/winter. The highlight of the property is the multiple fire pits and seating areas down along the river. It was beautiful down there, and spending the evening along the river was exactly what I had hoped for. I will be staying again! "
"Nice property in secluded woods but still relatively close to lots of attractions. We loved the huge windows that let lots of light in in the morning. But if you want to sleep in, you may want to bring a sleep mask. Very peaceful and I imagine the fire pit would be fantastic in cold weather. Great and timely communication from the host. Would stay here again if in the area!"

"Pros:Close to Sugarbush, comfortable beds, hot water worked, ample towels, heat worked (mostly, see Cons), small but functional kitchen, quiet dead-end street up somewhat steep hill, street was plowed and passable but recommend AWD and/or snow tires, quiet downstairs neighbors - unsure if owners or rentersCons:No fewer than 9 thermostats, one in EVERY room, which we didn't realize so 2 bedrooms stayed 63 degrees for the first day. They must be master controlled, so one day we stayed home and wanted 68 degrees, but certain rooms wouldn't get above 63ish.Long and very narrow wooden staircase covered in snow can be challengingAngled roof/ceiling above heads in bedrooms a little awkward and no room for bedframes, just mattress on top of boxsprings. Along with kinda dingy carpeting, extremely mushy/worn couch "No frills""

"We really enjoyed this beautiful property during an epic snowstorm weekend in VT. Nice and close to Sugarbush while being quiet and secluded at the same time. House was very comfortable and cozy and well stocked. Kitchen is great for large families."
