Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met....

"The hotel is well-located less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip but in a very quiet area just uphill. If you don't like walking uphill or downhill this may not be the place for you, but I found it very convenient. The room is clean and simple, pillows are comfortable, water is hot. The breakfast is great, it actually includes a small portion of eggs with the usual pastries and tea/coffee. The view from the breakfast room over the town and onto the lake beyond is gorgeous."
