We stayed 12 nights during Christmas and New Year but only got once housekeeping service. Some facilities in the room not working, eg. TV, fan and laundry dryer. The balcony door handles became mouldy and disgusting. Ants everywhere in the kitchen area.

It was close to work for me and close to go fishing. Staff were all great! I was missing a frying pan, but when i advised them i got one straight away.

The apartment was nice enough, very basic. Some maintenance is needed though. Entrance door to the apartment sticks and needs to be fixed, so does the balcony screen door - we couldn’t get it to slide across . The air conditioning units are broken so you can’t change the air flow. The pool area looks pretty bad with the plastic plants, the only live healthy plants are the weeds. Trying to get into the car park is hard when the reader at the gate leans away from the car… We found it was much cheaper to book through Wotif than what was quoted from Property Vine direct, and you don’t get much for the amount you pay. The location is the best thing about the place.

The apartment we had this time was smaller and outdated than the one we had two years ago. Parking on-site problematic but off street parking appeared safe. Comfortable beds was a plus.

Check in was quick and easy, great off street parking. Unit was clean and serviceable, good elevator accessibility. Great views and access to big walking path. Bed was a bit hard, but nice pillows, doona and towels. Kitchen worked well, overall, good accommodation.

Room only surface cleaned. Dust and bugs on most surfaces. One lift not sufficient for the building and it wasn’t working on our departure so we had to carry luggage down 6 flights of stairs.

the property was ok .. But the air con on the balcony made sitting outside impossible as it threw out too much heat .. The smell from the rubbish room was disgusting .. Not enough plates and knives and forks as well as pots and pans ..

Excellent and Friendly Staff but the rooms need miner maintenance done. Light in entrance not working, Tv Remote no battery’s, washing up of dishes where unclean and bowl missing. I was disappointed that I did not get a view but the other 2 rooms that were booked did. Like I said miner improvements that would have given better star rating results

Nice out look
Location was great and nice out look from the unit. had a kitchenette net and heaps of space. Staff where helpful and friendly when you need help. The only thing is the beds where really bad they need an up grade big time I did end up having a really sore back, I spoke to some of the other guests and they had the some problem.

a bad tast with this hotel stay
I chose that hotel because of the close proximity to the sea and expected a nice hotel as it looked on the photos. When we arrived at the hotel it was a few minutes before the reception closed for the day. It turned out the hotel was in a residential area without any shops. The window in the very small room was about 1.90m abve the ground and about 50 cm high, there was no chance to look out the window. As the reception was already closed there was no chance to rectify this situation. The off street parking was very full so we had to park in the street. The hotel had 8 floors but only one lift. Very very unsafe. There was a cushion in the bed with a zip sticking out. It gave me two 4cm long scratches in the sleep which resulting with strong bleeding around my ellbow for about 15-20 min. This woke me up in the middle of the night. Evidence was also blood on the sheet and pillow. I normally would expect some compensation for this unpleasant experience.
