Maylin in particular was super friendly, patient, and always willing to help when we needed directions or had questions getting around. She made everything a lot easier. There was also a man who helped us with our bags as soon as we got off the train. He was incredibly welcoming and set a really good first impression for the hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was great. A beautiful view of the river running along the rear of the hotel greeted us from our room. The only thing I wished we had known ahead of time is that if you turn the thermostat all the way down, it can freeze up when it’s humid and cause a big leak when it melts. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to get a heads-up. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
