I cannot say enough great things about Naturalodge! They met us at the train station when we arrived, carried our bags for us, assisted me to get an additional room, provided wake up service, a delicious fresh cooked breakfast at whatever time you need (5 am for us), stored our luggage, and let us hang out in the lobby after check out! The rooms were clean and comfortable:) Everything was so accommodating! Just a warning that there are about 60 steps to climb to get to the hotel, but there are steps everywhere in Machu Picchu Town!! Highly recommend this hotel:)

Excelente ubicación con buena vista! Limpio, cómodo y con agua caliente, lo necesario para estar antes de ir a Machu Picchu. Recomendable ir con mochila (no maleta) pues son muchos escalones hasta la entrada del hotel.
