Adrienne's Country Retreat

Our country retreat is located on a picturesque setting of 15 acres in Victoria's Macedon Ranges, abundant with Australian wildlife. There is plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy the ambiance of the fresh country air and views. The retreat is spacious and beautifully decorated throughout and has FREE WIFI.

The Retreat sleeps 11, but can be split into 2 separate and private living and sleeping areas, The House and The Studio.

2 Lounges one with pool table and open fire, the other a large country kitchen, dining, wood fire.
Both lounges and king room have large plasma TV's. Kitchen has all appliances, tea, coffee, and pantry with the basics.

The Studio is a contemporary styled self-contained studio/apartment, with your own entrance. the studio has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed the other with a double bed, electric blankets and large plasma TV's and DVD in both. There is a modern spacious bathroom and a kitchenette,with a fridge, microwave and electric fry pan. Tea and coffee are supplied as well a some welcoming chocolates.
Fabulous outdoor undercover spa-accommodates up to 6-8 persons.
BBQ facilities.
Spacious outdoor sitting area for alfresco dinning.
Close to restaurants and other village amenities.
Access to 15 acres of garden and bush walks.

Adrienne's home stay
The peaceful surroundings of the Macedon area were appreciated as the mornings and evenings brought a special quality and light that we all enjoyed. The house comfortably accommodated 11 people and this included five children between the ages of 3-10 years of age. Shops were within a 15-minute drive to Gisborne and about 20-minutes to Woodend.

Great property for a family get-together. Plenty of space, central heating, wood fires, kangaroos, all in a peaceful idyllic bush setting, less than one hour's drive from Melbourne CBD.

House very comfortable for our group of 8. Unfortunately, not totally suitable for the smaller dogs, who do like to escape. Disappointed that the pool was hot, being summertime, but would be magic in the cooler months. Everything else to our liking.

Suitable for groups however there are a number of double or queen size beds reducing the number of friends able to stay together. The house was well stocked, very comfortable and had lovely views. It was a peaceful retreat.
