The two-room apartment "SOLE" is on the ground floor and offers two large sun terraces, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Lago. There are also garden furniture (table and chairs) that are only intended for you. Elegance and style coexist within the spacious apartment, while nature is reflected in its materials. These natural materials have been carefully selected with great attention to detail. Among other things you will find marble, travertine, granite, slate, natural stone, recycled wood, old bricks. The result is a mixture of contemporary glamor, anchored in elements of fascinating tradition. The large windows in both rooms give you the opportunity to have a wonderful view over the lake and to be embraced by the sun's rays. You have sun from early to late. The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with stone shower, a dining area and a cozy living area with sofa that invites you to read or enjoy the view. The bedroom has a TV, various closets and a cozy double bed made of solid wood with a latex mattress. Even from the bed, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. The garden consists of a large plot (approx. 5000m) with a lawn and a park, where there are deckchairs with a pad. The garden is surrounded by lemon trees, rosemary, oak, sage grass, lavender, thyme and mint. You can walk or hike in the forest from Cascina Borchina, because we have hiking trails right on the doorstep. A real paradise for hikers and bikers! Es ist großzügig angelegt, die Einrichtung darf als hochwertig bezeichnet werden, die Einrichtungsgegenstände der Küche, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr sauber.Die lieben Gastgeber Bettina und Andrea sind bei Fragen und Ausflugsplanung sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Bettina hat immer einen guten Restauranttip parat. Die Lage des Hauses ist so überwältigend schön, das man eigentlich nur empfehlen kann: Bucht es , fahrt hin und der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore vom Grundstück aus, ist unbeschreiblich schön und großartig. Wir hatten im Aug. 2020 einen traumhaft schönen, leider nur einwöchigen Urlaub in der Fewo SOLE. Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. An der fantastischen Aussicht kann man sich gar nicht sattsehen, es ist in der Tat noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Zudem herrscht eine herrliche Ruhe und eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre - Bettina und Andrea haben einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen. Wir konnten uns Fotos von der Bauphase anschauen und waren extrem beeindruckt, was die Beiden dort geschaffen haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist überaus geschmackvoll und hochwertig (von den Möbeln und der Einrichtung insgesamt bis hin zum Geschirr), man merkt einfach, dass viel Liebe und Leidenschaft drin steckt und fühlt sich gar nicht wie in einer Ferienwohnung. Bettina ist total herzlich, alles lief völlig unkompliziert und als würde man sich schon länger kennen. Für Yogis ist der Platz unter den Bäumen mit Blick auf den See ein Traum. Wie auch schon von anderen beschrieben, ist die Anfahrt v.a. beim ersten Mal eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit einem normalen Auto absolut machbar und man gewöhnt sich dran, man wird auf jeden Fall belohnt. Die Finca Cascina Borchina erfüllte diese Bedingungen perfekt. Oberhalb von Maccagno gelegen erwarteten uns sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber in der von ihnen angelegten wunderbaren kleinen Urlaubsidylle mit grandiosen Blick auf den Lago. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und unseren nächsten Aufenthalt an diesem zauberhaften Ort bereits geplant. Alleine die tolle Anreise ist schon unbeschreiblich. Die Lage ist so fantastisch, es ist mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Wir hatten die Straße nicht gefunden und mussten die Vermieter zu Hilfe bitten. Wir wurden an der Straße abgeholt und sind gleich freundlich empfangen worden. Wir sind dann mit dem Auto hinterher gefahren und wurden mehr als belohnt. Was für ein toller Anfahrtsweg und dann der atemberaubende Blick!!! Das Grundstück, das Haus, die Wohnung - alles wunderschön. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt (am liebsten hätten wir diesen Ort nie wieder verlassen). Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, es ist alles vorhanden, selbst die Messer sind hervorragend. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Eigentümer (Bettina und Andrea) die zu jeder Zeit ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen ihrer Gäste haben. Wir habe unseren Urlaub vom 9.09 bis 22.09.2018 in der Ferienwohnung Sole verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und edel ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Fotos auf den Webseiten sind schon beeindruckend, aber wenn man vor Ort ist, ist das einfach unglaublich. In der Regel ist das ja umgedreht das die Fotos trügen. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe fantastisch. Bettina und Andrea sind so herzliche Gastgeber die einen immer mit Rat und Tat zu Seite stehen, sei es mit Tipps für Restaurants, Wanderungen, Ausflüge etc.. Sie sind immer präsent, aber trotzdem diskret. Durch die kleine Anzahl der Feriengäste ist jeder für sich, aber man ist doch eine Gemeinschaft. Das ist auch das Konzept von Bettina und Andrea und das ist auch genau richtig. Macht weiter so. Wir könnten noch viel schreiben, aber die Eindrücke und die Gastgeber müsst Ihr persönlich erleben. Schade das es keine 10 Sterne gibt!! Wir haben haben für nächstes Jahr direkt vor Ort gleich nochmal gebucht. Es gibt noch soviel zu entdecken. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Wunderbare Zeit bei euch. Apr 9, 2018 #### Sehr Schönes Domizil, mit herrlichem Blick Schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus+ Wohnungen, Betten sehr gut! Badezimmer sehr geschmackvoll. Ausblick nach dem Aufwachen.....sehr schön, da die Betten in Richtung Lago platziert sind. Anfahrt zum Anwesen sehr abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefere Autos geeignet. ##### Martin W. Die Bilder trügen nicht, es ist wirklich so schön! 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bergauf genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ohne den lauten Sommerverkehr. Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Es war alles so wie beschrieben, nur live halt noch viel besser. Bettina und Andrea sind nicht nur herzliche Gastgeber, sondern stehen bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Man merkt an der hervorragenden und geschmacklich sehr abgestimmten Einrichtung ihre Liebe zu ihrem Cascina Borchina. Es ist toll, dass Sie es hier teilen. Vielen Dank für di tolle Zeit. Es ist ein ganz traumhaftes Fleckchen auf unserer Erde und es ist unglaublich, was Andrea und Tina in Eigenregie, mit viel Herz und Fleiß erschaffen haben. Die Finca und ihre Wohnungen sind toll und der Seeblick ist gigantisch - alles was wir brauchten war da - vor allem viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, Andrea und Tina sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Menschen. Sie haben immer das Wohl ihrer Vermieter im Blick. Der Ort Maccagno ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge um und auf dem See. Es geht sehr beschaulich an der Ostküste zu, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir sind sehr entspannt und mit vielen Glücksmomenten im Gepäck wieder zurück nach Deutschland gefahren. May 17, 2017 #### Urlaub am Lago Maggiore Eine absolut weiter zu empfehlende Finca inmitten einer unberührten Natur. Wir verbrachten in diesem schönen Apartment "Sole" mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf dem Lago Maggiore und den Städten, einen wundervollen Urlaub. Das Cascina Borchina befindet sich am Ende eines befahrbaren Weges, abseits und unterhalb der Hauptstrasse in gefühlter Alleinlage mit Traumblick auf dem Lago Maggiore. Die liebevollen renovierten Steinhäuser sind äußerst geschmackvoll und wohldurchdacht mit natürlichen Materialien eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als top und alles ist sauber. Hier fehlt wirklich an nichts - angefangen von exklusiven Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und sonstigen Küchenutensilien über Föhn und Handtücher (auf Bezahlung) bis hin zu Sonnenliegen mit dicken Auflagen, Terassenmöbeln, Wäscheständer etc. Die Marmordusche mit Steinboden….. der Wahnsinn :-) Der Ort ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und für Radfahrer. Bettina ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die uns Privatsphäre ließ und bei Bedarf tolle Tipps für Ausflüge für uns parat hatte. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer Ihre "Arbeit" mit Leidenschaft tun und wir hoffen, dass dies alle Mieter auch zu schätzen wissen. Bettina und ihr Mann Andrea haben die für uns neue Urlaubsregion zu einem Erlebnis mit sehr vielen und schönen Eindrücken werden lassen. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen haben wir Land,Leute,Ausflugsziele und kulinarische Genüsse optimal kennengelernt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
