Good but not great
We were excited at first. Everything seems very good until when we were ready to sleep. We could clearly hear noise from the hallway, someone talking, or even yelling. I got woke up a few times. The noise reduction needs absolutely improvement.

I stayed for three nights, we were upgraded to a lovely big suite, on our last night I fell sick and felt awful the next morning, my wife went to ask the staff if we could have an extra hour to checkout and they told us we could stay until 8pm to rest at no extra cost. All round the staff were helpful and the hotel was great. I would highly recommend.

Marvellous with one tiny flaw
Fabulous location and facilities, room was huge, lovely little touches everywhere (the maid even rolled up the power cables and provided a cable tie) great breakfast and minibar. My only criticism was the lack of a rosehead shower as the shower head was a little low for me.

Staff supremely unwelcoming to non-asian guests. Treated as 3rd class citizens despite being big players at Wynn in Vegas. Stay downright rude and unaccomodating.

First thing checking in, I register about 1130 they told me rooms be ready about 1500. Got there after 1600 they only have one room and 2nd be ready in hour. After asking 3 more time they said they will bring up the 2nd room key to us. Nothing happen until 1820 I had go to front desk for the 4th time. Then we you ask the staff for information 4 out of 5 tell you wrong information! And last manners, they really need to learn! The only great experience I had was the SPA at Encor, 1st class service.

I didn't like the fact they didn't have my favorite table game despite having read they had the game. They should have a CRAPS table game at the properties, Palace and Macau

An Outstanding Hotel
This is one of those hotels where you happily dream about moving into and becoming a permanent resident. Upon check-in, we knew we were in the right hotel. Our check-in attendant, Ran, was very sweet and professional making sure we felt welcome. The turn-down service was the extra attention which helped make our experience stand out. The room was exactly what we had hoped for and the in-room food service performed how elite hospitality should. So glad to have tried the spa as well where staff are very attentive to your needs. I spent two nights in the Wynn Tower and I really enjoyed the service. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. I ate at two restaurants on site and the service there was also very good. It is in a good location with Star World and MGM right across the street. Grand Lisboa hotel is a block over and Fisherman's Wharf is about a 30 minute walk away. By taxi, the Macau ferry terminal is about 10 to 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Outside to the right are local shuttles to the ferry terminal and Wynn Cotai. The hotel room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is immense. It has a separate tub and shower. The double vanity is stocked with plenty of supplies. They have free Wi-Fi. The electronic lights and curtain are easy to operate. Getting around the casino is relatively easy. One thing I did notice about casinos in general in Macau, one has to be 21 to walk through the casino. Some of the restaurants are located in the casino area so they are inaccessible to those under 21. If under 21, to get to some locations, one will have walk outside and around and enter through another entrance. This is one thing to think about if bringing a family to Macau. The pool area is spectacular but compared to the rest of the complex, it is a small area. You can access it from a small door located near check in. I walked by it twice before it was pointed out to me. There is a wonderful view of it walking into the building but I did not see many people utilize it.

Airport Shuttle Issue
The shuttle is just their regular inter-property shuttle. It takes 50 minutes to get to the airport. The non-English (why place one of your few non-speakers here?) troll-ette confused the issue by making it seem like the shuttle would not leave for 50 min. when I got the concierge involved, he said they would stop at airport first. They didn't. Plus the troll-ette was made wise remarks to the driver about me. didn't need to know Chinese to get it. amazing how many places drop the ball right at the finish line. Otherwise would have been my first 5 star review.

Luxury hotel!
My room is spacious with big bathroom!!! The king size bed was cozy and soft! Nice and modern interior design and I like the colour tone of the room :) the swimming pool was great!!! Friendly and helpful staff made my stay completed!

Excellent service - upgraded to a beautiful suite!
We received excellent customer service and, as we were celebrating a special occasion, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. It made us feel very special and allowed us to enjoy the Wynn even more. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Il Teatro. We ordered breakfast to the room, and although it was delicious, this was the only thing that didn't run smoothly, as they made a few mistakes with the order.

As it was during the week and was our first time staying at Wynn Macau, we were upgraded to a Suite which was one of the nicest suites I've ever stayed in. Had a great view of Macau as well.

Nice stay for a non-gambler
Overall I really liked the Wynn Macau. My dad was a bit disappointed because there weren't as many people gambling here as other hotels, especially can't compare with Cotai strip hotels. He also complained the slot machines were more outdated compared to other hotels. I quite enjoyed the stay because I don't gamble. Room was super nice and roomy, great service all around! Could definitely improve with more choices for restaurants.
