Staff assigned me for a higher floor and picked up the key, he mentioned the room wasn't ready (5:30pm). After 2 mins the conversation was changed saying the room is OOO and new room assigned to lower floor. If booked for the basic room that's completely fine. However, a suite was booked and the staff didn't know what he was talking about. Honestly wasted an hour just to figure that out. Nothing but fraustrated.

The room is still very good and the view after the friendly staff upgraded for us is excellent. Transport is convenient too. Nothing to complain.and I made a note for celebrating birthday, room prepared a yummy cake for us and fruit. Very nice.
