No gym or pool was disappointing but fine due to the value for money. Room service is offered but not actually available to use as the staff couldn't understand what I wanted. This resulted in me having to get dressed, go downstairs, and tell the restaurant staff what I wanted to order, then go back up to my room and wait. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially the guys at the door. My only issue is that most, except the guys at the door, spoke very limited English. The hotel is centrally located with several restaurants nearby and a bus stop just outside the main entrance.
