need to change shuttle bus drop offN
My only issue with the hotel is when you take the shuttle from the airport they drop you off so far away from the lobby. You have to lug your luggage they a mall, which no one helps you. Then across the aquarium lobby and to the front desk. With 4 pieces of luggage and two of them at 30kg it’s not easy.

What a wonderful experience!
We were happy with the service of Chloe when we checked in at MGM Macau. She even arranged breakfast boxes in the early morning because we tried to catch our flight at 7am. I will definitely return there next time.

Very kind and well trained staff!! 5 star service
5star service!! Amazing Well trained staff. Got an upgraded to one of those villa suite. The room was amazing with breathtaking surrounding view. Perfect location. Walking distance to one central mall for great shopping and very easy commute to all the tourist spot. two thumbs up. Highly recommended !!!!!

Hotel amenities and condition are very good. Location isn´t very good. The desk boys should be more careful arranging the taxi rides, one of them gave the taxi driver a wrong address and sent me very far away from where I needed to go. Afterall the hotel is nice

Total experience was terrible from the Macau ferry shuttle bus where we were dropped off on opposite side to reception then had to find our way through the enormous complex with little or no guidance from hotel employees. I could continue to shore my entire awful experience however I feel management their deserves no more of my time. I suggest the Venetian I moved there and it was excellent.

Amazing Room and Views
Stayed here with my buddies for a bachelor party - was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Staff was pleasant but clearly didn't care too much for a group of young guys since we definitely didn't look like "ballers" even though we were staying in one of their multi-room suites. Overall, the room was very nice and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

A Magnificent Hotel
My family and I went to Macau for 2 days after visiting our daughter who works at Disneyland in Hong Kong. We could not have been more impressed with our room, the hotel overall, its facilities and the wonderful staff. The ABA Bar is also a great place within the hotel to meet friends, relax and catch up.

Large Casino Hotel, just ok
This hotel has everything, but at the same time it is so big that it becomes impersonal and requires lots of walking. The shuttle bus is convenient for the casino, but totally inconvenient for overnight stay. Taxis are difficult to find, directions within the hotel and the adjacent mall are also scarce and in many cases misleading. Nothing really wrong, but certainly not a 5 star experience.

The lobby is great with nice decoration. I do not like the open design bathroom that you can look through the bathroom from the bedroom despite that there is an electronic curtain. There is also no free coffee and tea inside the room. The bed is comfortable.
