"Absolutely horrendous beddings, bathroom, and air conditioning. For a 5 stars hotel I expect a whole lot better. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "

"Clean room. Lovely front staff and cleaning staff. The room was good and it felt spacious. The room was very humid. So they put a dehumidifier there. It was a bit noisy and the tank had to be empty three times in 2 days. Thats probably the only problem. Also toothbrush and toothpaste had to be purchased. That felt a bit unnecessary "

"This is a modern, brand-new hotel with fantastic, friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The location is excellent for exploring the area. However, be aware that if there is an event nearby, the traffic becomes a nightmare and the hotel’s arrangements for access were a bit disorganized. Great stay otherwise!"
