"Property is clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi is excellent. Host was lovely and responsive to messagesThe location of the property is slightly different than on the Vrbo map currently, actually slightly closer to the beach!Once you take the key out of the keysafe, you need to put the code in again to close it. I got stuck with this, so thought I would share this tip. The only TV in the property is in the living room. The TV is android and crashed a few times, but nothing major. Adding more TVs and a bigger better model in the living room and a few other comforts would grately elevate this property. Not there is anything wrong, but could be even more amazing.I would happily stay here again. "

"Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though! The fireplace is a stunner which wouldnt look out of place in a much larger property. Overall, this is a cracking little place to stay, less than five minutes from the beach and not too close to the "hustle" of Mablethorpe. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again."

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."
