Walk through the front door of this beautiful one-story, three-bedroom, two-bathroom brick house and encounter a stunning view of the lake through the extensive wall of windows that open up the back of the home.

Located in Carolynn Estates, a gated community in Mabank, Texas, the property faces west on the main body of the lake and is conveniently adjacent to a private community park. Bring your boat or wave runner and have free access to the community boat launch located nearby.

The property boasts a boat house with a party deck, swim platform and boat lift (maximum 24ft length). Along with the wrap-around deck and outdoor fire pit, you and your guests will want to spend most of your time outside with the beautiful lake views as the backdrop to your vacation both day and night.

With an open concept living, gaming and kitchen area, this house will allow you to continue the entertaining inside after a day on the lake. Featuring a pool table and bar with a mini-fridge and a see-thru wood burning fireplace, you will want to continue the celebration from outside.

This property allows you to invite all your family and friends to come along for a lake vacation. The garage conversion sleeps six comfortably and along with the beds and room for 10 guests in the main part of the house, you can invite up to 14 people to enjoy this property with you.

Great Family Getaway

This was my family's second visit to this property, and we enjoyed it very much! The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. We loved the view from the wall of windows. Everyone enjoyed playing pool in the evening after a long day spent enjoying the lake, as well as the many games provided. My only request would be to bring back a propane BBQ grill., I was disappointed that I had to cook all meals inside due to the change to a Charcoal grill, and we had never used one before. Even with that, we can't wait to go back again as this is one of our favorite properties!

Great house for family gathering!

This house was great with an amazing view of lake sunsets. We had everything we needed and Morgan was a terrific host. The college kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. We will definitely look forward to coming back here!

Memorable stay

This weekend was one of the most memorable experiences that i will hold in my heart forever. a beautiful view, cozy beds and plenty of room for sitting around talking and catching up with each other's busy life we felt that we were away from all the hustle and bustle of the city life me and my family enjoyed each other all weekend even though we live in the same city we just so busy with our own lives so this place was perfect to spend the weekend for our mom 76th birthday day not to mention it was some great fishing .. Family Vacation

I want to start off by saying that we had a great trip. About a week before the trip bad weather struck the dock. Because of the communication with Morgan our vacation was great. If there was an improvement to the property that could be made, it would be nice for some of the deck to be completely covered. Other than that the house was well equipped, and there were more than enough activities to keep everyone engaged. Thank you again Morgan for the communication and the willingness to work with us.

house was accommodating however neighbor was extremely sensitive to family laughter. Her complaint made us sad. none of the excessive steps had highlighter indicators. The grandmother took a fall inside entrance but checked out ok. wouldn't recommend if wanting to laugh and have fun outdoors.

Everyone had a good time and stay. PROBLEMS: 1) low water at time of visit 2) narrow ramp 3) mattress in first bedroom on R in hallway….. had to turnover ….springs in mattress made sleeping uncomfortable 4) noticed lightbulb in frig…… no protection from frig insulation….. Morgan/ Colleen …. Chk that out! Don’t want you to have a fire ‼️ 5) kids enjoyed playing corn hole, etc and fishing from pier 6) Thank you Morgan for your help and communication:) 7) did not choose from listing ( as from above). Had a wonderful stay! Used this house as an overflow for a family reunion in the area. Loved how close the water was, how neat the house was kept and the arrangement of the sleeping areas. Even go to see some deer and other wildlife within the gated areas. Please don't let the anti-VRBO folks take this outstanding property off the market!

Amazing Views!

This was a beautiful property. The house had everything we needed and more! The views were breathtaking and the sunsets were amazing. Family holiday getaway perfection

Stayed here with family over the holidays, 9 adults, though there was room for 14+ when you include the sofa bed and multiple other couches. Love the ample seating area both inside and outside. Great deck outside and a beautiful view of the lake at sunset. The garage has been turned into a large bedroom with no windows, which was a plus for those who didn’t want to wake up with the sun. Plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. We‘d like to come back in the summer to make use of the dock and fire pit.

Great spot for our mini family reunion

We loved our stay! The living area has two separate sitting areas so there’s plenty of space for a large group. The game room with the pool table and bar area made for a lot of family fun. The outside deck area is well kept, has several sitting options, a dining table and a nice propane grill. We used the stone fire pit every night for s’mores with the kids. The dock is well maintained and the sunsets from the upper sun deck were fabulous! We brought our boat and the boat lift was used and made getting our boat in and out very convenient. The kitchen is very well stocked and has every thing you would need to cook any meal. Morgan, the host, even made sure we had a hand mixer to make cupcakes with our nieces! Morgan was great from the time we booked till check out! We all had a great time and would rent this home again in a heartbeat!
