Stop Over
This was a stop over and we had stayed before, lovely grounds, fantastic building, breakfast a little on the pricey side though if you ate like a pig you would get value for money, there is a great variety but there is only so much a lady can eat.

Booked a room for my family of 4 but the sleeping couch was for kids not adults (even tho paid full price) en there was no privacy since no lock on the toilet and no door to the en suite bathroom.

We couldnt dine in the hotel. The restaurant was booked ok, they didnt even want to serve outside room service because they are short staff’ed. we eneded up buying from food and beverages from a close-by market. We paid 300euros and no place at restaurant and no service.

This property, or castle rather, was beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again. The AC was a little warm and turned off on me, but that was the only downside.

Absolutely fabulous!
We spent the night here on our girls trip. What an total WIN!!! We absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly and our room was beautifully decorated. . The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was incredible (heated floors, jetted tub, and steam shower. The grounds are very nice and it was located only minutes from Maastricht.

Joy of a discovery!
Kasteel Bloemendal is in a league of its own. The hotel's beautiful interior and surroundings are only matched by the hospitality of its personnel. We picked this hotel for a weekend away and were so pleasantly surprised we'll make a tradition out of this one! Very nice bar, restaurant is absolutely recommended for atmosphere + food and great rooms.

Gem - great for Aachen
Outstanding hotel, travel a lot on business and this unusual but elegant hotel is a welcome change from the usual large chains! Worth booking if you are staying in Aachen even though the hotel is across the border in the Netherlands.

A lovely castle experience.....
Thank you for asking for input. We had a lovely stay. The staff were helpful and the facility beautifully decorated and comfortable. The TV was not working the first night, shutting off every five minutes or so. Repair was done and it still did not work. The second evening it was repaired. The sink also did not drain and was not repaired. These things happen though and we understood. The pull out bed for my son was comfortable and made nicely. The coffee selection was convenient and a nice added touch. Thank you.

A hidden gem
Best hotel for cleanliness, amenities, room comfort, sauna, best bathroom , location very close to Three country border, historic St Paul’s Church, and Aachen. The gardens are wonderful good for photo shoot. I don’t want to leave this place

Great discovery
The place is gorgeous and in the middle of everything. We bumped into this option as we were heading back to Amsterdam and it was a very pleasant surprise. The amenities are great and we really enjoyed our short stay.

Charming Hotel with Class
We stayed at this property as part of an Andre Rieu concert & accommodation package and decided to add a couple of days to the stay. The property is delightful and very comfortable in magnificent grounds of an ex monastery and boarding school. The village of Vaals is charming and very clean & orderly.
