Schon das ers ... Parkplatz vor Ort, "Check-in" hat mit zugesendeten Codes wunderbar geklappt. Schon das erste Öffnen der Eingangstür hat einen wundervollen Blick auf das Wasser ermöglicht. Es ist ein wunderschönes Hausboot. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser ist einfach wunderschön und vom ersten Moment beruhigend und entspannend. Ideal für die Flucht aus dem stressigen Alltag. Vor Ort war alles was wir brauchten. Küchenausstattung gut, Kapsel-Kaffee-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Für zwei Personen auch vom Platz sehr angenehm. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert top! Wir hatten Glück und im Hafen war wenig los trotz sehr gutem Wetter. In der Nähe (gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen) kann man Fahrräder leihen, was wir für mindestens einen Tag empfehlen können. Ein paar Kritikpunkte, die man vielleicht wissen muss: Das Doppelbett ist recht schmal, die Etagenbetten vermutlich etwas beengt gebaut (diese haben wir nicht gebraucht). Die Bettdecke war recht klein für zwei Personen. Bettwäsche war vorhanden, die Betten waren aber noch nicht bezogen, weshalb wir Matratzen und Kopfkissen ohne Bezug gesehen haben, vor allem die Matratzen waren leider schon recht dreckig und dürften dringend gereinigt oder gewechselt werden. Alle Möbel draußen mussten wir erstmal von Spinnweben und -nestern befreien, bevor wir sie nutzen konnten. Drinnen war sonst alles sauber. Die Lage ist super, allerdings sollte man immer ein Auto dabei haben. Das Hausboot hat alles was man braucht. Schade ist, dass man es für 4 Personen buchen kann, auf dem Dach sich lediglich 2 Sonnenliegen befinden. Problematisch ist auch, dass sich vor Ort extrem viele Spinnen befinden. Diese belagern das Hausboot und spinnen sich ihre Netze. Aus diesem Grund war es für uns unmöglich am Abend draußen zu sitzen. Die spinnen seilen sich auch vom Vordach ab. Für Menschen, die wirklich Angst vor diesen Tieren haben ist es absolut nicht geeignet. Wir konnten leider das Dach des hausbootes gar nicht nutzen, da auch die Wendeltreppe voll mit riesigen Spinnen und ihren Netzen war. Daher muss man das wirklich wollen. Wir hatten noch das große Glück, dass wir schönes Wetter hatten, dass kaum Betrieb auf dem Steg war. Wir waren fast allein. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort. Das Hausboot war klasse, die Ausstattung für den Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend und alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Betten waren sehr schmal (Doppelbett ca. 1,40m) und die Matratzen recht weich, was für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, aber nach ein paar Nächten ging auch das. Die Aussicht auf den See ist traumhaft. Der Hafen insgesamt ist sehr ruhig - also ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. In unmittelbarer Nähe (fußläufig oder mit kurzer Autofahrt gibt es mehrere gastronomische Angebote. Der nächste größere Supermarkt war etwas weiter entfernt, aber auch das fanden wir nicht schlimm. Es gab ein Willkommenspaket mit Kaffee, Spülmitteln, Müllbeuteln, Zewa, Klopapier für die ersten Tage. Ebenso waren einige Gewürze vorhanden. Ein sehr schön gelegenes, nett eingerichtetes und sauberes Hausboot mit allem, was das Ferienhaus-Besucher-Herz begehrt. Der ungehinderte Ausblick auf das Wasser ist schön entspannend, in der Umgebung befinden sich fußläufig einige Restaurants, von denen ein paar auch im November noch geöffnet hatten. Im Ortskern (ca. 15 Minuten Fußmarsch) befindet sich zudem ein kleiner Gemischtwarenladen, wo man einige Lebensmittel und Haushaltsgegenstände kaufen kann. Dec 2, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Gute ansprechende Ausstattung und guter Standort des Hausbootes Für ein Leben auf dem Hausboot vermissten wir nichts, die Küche ist zum Kochen ausreichend ausgestattet, sogar eine Bodum-Kanne war vorhanden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist geräumig, die Innenausstattung ansprechend, den Fernseher haben wir nicht genutzt, aber den Internetzugang. Die Nasszelle ist etwas eng, was für uns jedoch kein Problem war. Der schmale Steg als Zugang zum hinteren Eingang des Bootes ist für ältere und gebrechliche Menschen natürlich nicht geeignet. Der freie Ausblick von der Terrasse des Vorderdecks auf die große Bucht der Maas hat uns zum Träumen eingeladen, auf dem kleinen Achterdeck genossen wir die noch wärmende Mittagssonne. Das mindert natürlich das Hausboot Erlebnis ungemein. Bei uns funktionierte außerdem der Schlüsselsafe nicht, daher fürs „Einchecken“ Abzüge.
