Staff is super helpful and courteous! The room service folks even stopped water damage to my wash bag and left a handwritten note about the move. Live up to the luxury hotel standards.
Breakfast has lots of delicious choices and totally made our days! Room is less fancy but solid and clean.
Would be even more awesome if there is hot spring. But other than that, there’s nothing else we’d ask for

The Grand Mansion is very conveniently located next to the President’s Palace and Six Dynasties Museum. We even got free museum admissions from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not get to use the amenities due to our tight schedule. But the services we used were excellent. Highly recommended.

No air condition in the room when you travel March
"No A/C in the room when you travel in month of March. Inside of the room temperatures was high even you tried to open the window. Complained to the manager finally got one electrical fan to cool down a little bit , , complained to manager finally got a fan to cool down a little bit."
