Staff were sweet, but not particularly helpful in most instances, although I don’t think that was particularly their fault, more the language barrier, which is our problem, not there’s. They did however drop us off at the port with our luggage without even being asked, which was nice. Location is close to the ferry port, but also right next to the power station for the island. The so called ‘sea view’ is more of the rather dirty and run down fishing port, not so much the sea, although technically correct. Would we stay there again, probably not, but then again, probably wouldn’t visit the island again. It’s a pleasant place, but once was enough." It’s a cosy place with scooter parking right in front of the property and a couple of good dining options around. Kudos to the staff (I think she’s also the owner) for notifying us that transport out of the island was cancelled due to typhoon on the day we planned to depart. That heads-up gave us time to change our ferry ticket to a day earlier."
