"The hallway smelled of weed as well as room smelled like Smoke , room patio door was broken and would not lock , first desk lady didn’t seem to know how to check people in , I had to leave and come back latter for check in , "

Villa, pool, amenities (kids activities like s’mores, slime, diving for diamonds), yoga, waterslides and lazy river and hot tubs were all well kept and much enjoyed by our 7 year old. We would return - don’t let bad reviews fool you."

"The staff were great. The parking garage was very convenient and safe. Clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel was in walking distance of what we wanted to go to in San Antonio. Definitely will stay there again. "

"They charge $35 resort fee with no amenities and they charge for parking and have no shuttle service even to local establishments. Not a very good deal at all. "
