We had a room with a terrace, and this room had sloping ceilings covering over 80% of the room. The floorboards creaked . There's no soundproofing between rooms. You feel like your neighbor is walking around in your room. Same feeling for the shower and toilet. Breakfast is okay, no hot dishes. Friendly staff »

« Very good one-week stay at the Grand Hotel in Lysekil. Excellent welcome at the reception even on a sunday evening (person present just for us). The rooms are comfortable with all the necessary and well heated (except the mattresses which are a little soft). There are small lounges to have tea or herbal tea at any time. Copious breakfasts for all tastes (cold cuts, eggs, hot waffles, etc). We will return there for a next stay »

"The hotel's ambiance is reminiscent of the last century, but also its drawbacks and lack of comfort. The rooms are very small. We had a room with a terrace, and this room had sloping ceilings covering over 80% of the room. The floorboards creaked . There's no soundproofing between rooms. You feel like your neighbor is walking around in your room. Same feeling for the shower and toilet. Breakfast is okay, no hot dishes. Friendly staff "
