"Good location, especially for the Rhone Express, which was opposite. Clean and tidy, however on my first morning there was no hot water so I had to have a cold shower, however, when I returned to my room in the evening there was a complementary flavoured tea pack with an explanation card that the boiler had broken down that morning. I didn't think the breakfast buffet was of a very high standard with a limited selection. Certainly not value for money, which was a pity"

"Very nice and claim business hotel located in a central location in Lyon. Its a 5 minute walk from a Westfield which was very handy. The hotel is lacking in charm, and there is a lot of construction next to the hotel so the view from the rooms is rather drab. Otherwise a good enough hotel!"

"Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests. Good restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel has a good location near city center and old Lyon. The hotel is quiet although there is a lot of activity nearby. We stayed last year and had a great room. This year, while we booked the same class of room, it didn’t seem like the same. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

The only downside is somewhat the design of the bathroom, doesn’t leave much room for privacy. Apart from that I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Lyon!"
