Ce ravissant appartement pour deux personnes est situé en rez-de-chaussée (Deux marches au niveau de la porte de l’immeuble) et est composé :   
\- D’une cuisine équipée, d’un réfrigérateur et congélateur, d’un four-micro-onde, d'une plaque de cuisson deux feux, d’une machine à café, d’une bouilloire, de vaisselles, et d’ustensiles de cuisine ainsi qu'une table à manger.   
\- D’un espace salon  
\- D’une chambre avec un lit double 140X200, un bureau vous permettant d’être aussi en télétravail depuis l’appartement (wifi inclus), une grande armoire pour ranger vos affaires ! (pas de porte à la chambre)  
\- D’une salle de bain avec douche, sèche serviette, et toilette.  
\- d'un ventilateur  
  
Pour le confort de vos nuits, l’appartement est équipé de rideaux occultants.
