This modern duplex is ideally located in the heart of the peninsula, just a few steps from the Lyon-Perrache train station and facing it. null This 30 m² duplex is located in an old building. Completely renovated and bright, it consists of: - A living room with two large skylights, a 2-person sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, and a dining table for 2/3 people. - An open and minimalist kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine. - A bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The toilet is also in the bathroom. - Upstairs there is a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people. You can also leave your suitcases there. You will also find an iron and storage spaces! We provide the sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules. Of course, the apartment has high-speed WiFi.
