« We stayed here for my son's high school graduation. It was very nice and clean and we had no issues at all. We didn't get to go to the beach bc it stormed the whole time, but what little break we did get we got to enjoy the pool! It has plenty of parking and is nicely located! We come to PCB every summer, would love to come back and or recommend to someone else! »

« We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! « We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that. »

« We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay. »
