What a fantastic place to stay! The room was really spacious (even had a walk in wardrobe!), fabulous shower and great views to the sea. The breakfast was awesome - lots of tasty options to cater for all tastes. Sarah and Cathryn were really welcoming and attentive - and even managed to find us somewhere to eat after arriving late due to a long and delayed drive! Small shower room which unfortunately has a noisy macerator for the toilet, as do all rooms. Thankfully guests were all considerate & didn't use overnight, otherwise sleeping could have been an issue. Room 3, of a comfortable size, with a compact shower room, had a beautiful sea view, was exceptionally clean and well stocked, as were the main rooms. There was plenty of choice for breakfast with fresh and local produce and a lovely sitting area in its garden. It is very well situated in Lynmouth which has a good selection of shops and eateries as well as a picturesque harbour, river and sea setting. The cliff railway took us up to Lynton for more choice of shops etc. We found the location central for driving and exploring other areas of North Devon.- try Pollock Weir, Dunster Castle.
