This ground-level studio near the corner of 12th and Main is packed with modern amenities; a queen bed, 58" Roku TV, settee, mini fridge, microwave, bathroom, walk-in closet, blackout drapes, and sound deafening interior storm windows. Approx. 10 min from all local colleges. Here's what you can expect in Studio 114: A comfortable queen bed with layers of bedding. Next to the bed, you'll find reading lamps and a sound machine for our light sleepers. Guests can view the 58" Roku TV from a bed, recliner, or settee/couch. A Keurig with K-cups provides morning coffee. A mini-fridge, microwave, and dish set enable guests to make and store food/leftovers which guests can enjoy at the comfortable dining table for two. Near the bed is the private full bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, pedestal sink, and all the amenities a tired traveler might need. A large closet and dresser provide clothes and suitcase storage. A Mini split ductless air unit with a remote keeps the studio cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Please Note: Our property does not provide personal essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay. Additionally, only registered guests who have completed the check-in process are permitted on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Guests can park in our designated parking space #12 and then explore downtown and walk to restaurants. Electric Vehicle Charging Information\*\* EV charging is not available at the property. However, several nearby stations in Lynchburg and Madison Heights offer charging options. To plan ahead, use apps like PlugShare, ChargePoint, or Electrify America to check availability and compatibility. Pets are allowed in our home, but there are some requirements that you should keep in mind before bringing your furry friend along. We allow one well-behaved small dog, up to 20lb, with an additional $70 fee. To maintain cleanliness inside and outside of our home, please be mindful of your pet's activities. Also, please do not let your pet's paws touch the furniture or bedspreads, and do not use bath linens to clean them. Please bring your pet's bed with you. If you plan to leave your dog unattended in the house, please make sure that they are crated. Additionally, let us know beforehand if you will be bringing a dog. Please note that there is a small step inside the apartment. Also, keep in mind that noise may be an issue, especially on weekends, as there is a bar across the street. This charming haven boasts sun-drenched interiors that bathe the space in a golden glow, accentuating its inviting atmosphere. The studio's centerpiece is a plush two-seater couch, perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a favorite show on the large television. Nearby, a compact kitchenette houses a single-cup coffee machine and a small refrigerator, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. At day's end, I sunk into the cloud-like bedding, enveloped in softness that delivered a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom, though petite, offered modern amenities with a touch of rustic charm. Studio 114 captures the essence of Lynchburg's laid-back lifestyle, offering a cozy retreat that feels like a home away from home. ##### Kenton W. I spent the weekend pretty much locked inside studying, and this was a perfect, cozy place for it. The parking space is right neat the door, making it very easy to take things inside. The bed was very comfortable, and the owners are able to make great use of a little space, offering a couch and coffee table, another table to work at, spacious bed, recliner, etc. Very clean It was all very nice. In the late evenings, it was very noisy with intoxicated bar-goers. Both nights (Friday and Saturday), it was noisy from 11 pm until 2 a.m. The second night I had to call police because of a fight right outside the door. There seems to be a patio bar directly across the street and public parking in close vicinity where partiers end up going and loitering when things close. That said, I would stay here again. I suspect the week day evenings are less noisy. The host provides a sound machine, I'm assuming to try and drown some of that out. The bed was super comfortable! It was clean, cozy, really cute, and in a great location! I appreciated how many things were provided like silverware, soaps, even toothbrushes and oatmeal!
