We rented this condo specifically to be close to the hospital , but unfortunately, this was the worst rental experience we've ever had.From the moment we walked in, the place smelled dirty. The floors were filthy, and the towels looked like they had just been used to clean the floors.Everything about the apartment felt unclean and poorly maintained. It was late and I wasn't feeling well, so finding another place to stay wasn't a realistic option for us. We immediately called the management company to report the issues, they said they would send someone and no one ever came, later water started leaking from under the fridge, we called them again, no one showed up, to make matters worse trash bags from other units were piled up next to the elevators for several days. The smell was so bad you had to cover your nose while waiting for the elevators. It was absolutely unacceptable.We have stayed in many other rentals before and have never had an experience like this, I'm giving it one star only because the system won't allow me to post without selecting a rating.Our advise: STAY AWAY from this place.
