The house was halfway between Green Bay and Door County which was perfect! The beach wasn’t in swimming condition during our stay so that was a bummer but there were water options nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked and the dining area was great to enjoy family meals and game time. Host was terrific with communication and check-in and check-out process was easy. House was stocked with much more than listed which made it amazing for a couple of the things we didn’t even know we needed!! Great location to Green Bay and towns in door county.Feedback is minor and mostly fyi to parents staying there with kids- bunk beds were really noisy, any movement woke the kids up. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard enjoying the views, playing ladder ball, playing on the beach, and kayaking. In the evenings, we gathered as a family in the living room to watch movies together. The property is very conducive to spending time together. Nick was easy to communicate with and was very welcoming. The location was perfect for us-not in the middle of a busy tourist town but still within Door County. We were able to visit several state and county parks in Door County and also do a couple of things in Green Bay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking full meals, and there were lots of extras we appreciated, like lawn games, kayaks, and lifejackets.The private beach, just steps from the house, was wonderful for our group. The shallow water and sandy beach made it easy for the kids to swim and play safely, and for the adults to relax while watching them (make sure to bring water shoes - the water is rocky!).
