"Great location and free water for duration of my stay.
Only negative is the hotel policy to place a hold on your credit card for a damage deposit. First time in 30 years I have seen this. However didn’t detract from my stay and would recommend particularly if you are planning to use the train for visits elsewhere as perfect for this . Tram is also a five minute walk"
"Easy to find, very helpful staff with a great sense of humour on top of it, wonderful rooms, very comfortable beds, all what one may need was there. Nothing to pick on really.
I am also gluten free and they had everything ready for me at breakfast time.
