Very spacious rooms, great location, great breakfast package. Only thing I can think of is room needs a little bit of paint touch up and fabric on bed frames need thorough cleaning to make it look like new. Thanks for the lovely stay

Location was a bit remote but we were able to walk to the Casements (about 30 min). Staff was lovely - friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The gym and saunas were a big plus. Only one suggestion - new bathrobes please! Would stay again.

The hotel is not conveniently located and everything requires a private taxi (there are no Ubers) or public transport. There are no USB charging ports in the room and the whole hotel had one converter. The cable television had no signal. They advertise views, but, not really, unless youre on the top floor and have a long neck. The breakfast had a nice selection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast on Saturday was chaotic due to the numbers of guests which spoiled the overall experience. The other two mornings were excellent though. Bedrooms very comfortable and we all slept very well

Property was nice. The room had a large bathroom and was close to the Philharmonic (and the free tram). Only downside was if you wanted to walk into parts of town, it was down/then up a big hill. Using the free tram is better. Overall, I would stay here again.

We are a family of four and there were no options left except for the Grand Suite when booking for our vacation. It was a bit of a splurge but wow what a room. The view from 8th floor is phenomenal. The suite is made up of 2 adjoining rooms, each with its own bathroom. We had access to complimentary snacks and drinks which was much appreciated after hiking around the area in hot weather. Breakfast was delicious and staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is close to the T1 tram line so accessing the old town was easy. The only fly in the ointment during our stay was that one of the two elevators was not working.

I would recommend this hotel for a city break. The rooms are a good size and breakfast was very good. We did have a problem with our room key (2 days running), we couldn’t get back into our room so had to go back to reception each time which wasn’t very good. Also, I had to ask for the shampoo and shower gel to be refilled as there was hardly anything in either bottle…..we were there for 3 days and I would have expected this to have been checked before new guests came into the room. The milk/cream for the tea and coffee was not replaced and we had to ask for more. Minor niggles but issues that should not have happened.

We absolutely loved this Hotel! It was gorgeous, modern, & our room was lovely! It was bright & large! The bedding was pure luxury! The bathroom was large & the lighting was fantastic! We had a big walk in shower with excellent water pressure! We call this the "Tree House" property because when you are in the breakfast area, surrounded by windows, all you see are trees! The Hotel is literally sitting on the edge of a gorgeous park! It is also steps away from a fantastic Castle, Fort & Museum! We were fortunate to find the Castle open for tours and it was well worth going into! The staff at the Miele Luxembourg was wonderful! They took the time to give us suggestions and directions & we got around perfectly. Thank you to the staff! And, thank you to the wonderful breakfast Chef who made the most delicious omelets for us every morning! The restaurant was also very good and we ate there twice. There is a wonderful fitness center and sauna at the Miele too! This Hotel had everything! Right cross the square from the Miele, past the beautiful philharmonic & museum & across the street, you can catch the FREE Tram! It comes every few minutes to take you into the City Center as well as other stops along the way. It was wonderful & super clean! Around the Tram, down the steps below were a few excellent restaurants worth trying! This Hotel is not in the City Center, but it didn't matter. It was peaceful & you can quickly take the Tram into the City if needed.
