The property was nice, a building in the centrum. The room was quite big, bed comfortable de distribution was good, WIFI worked properly. My only note is that breakfast is very basic. Good coffee, Croissant, bread, cheese, orange juice (no natural), some jam & butter.

No One! de la Poste
The name Hotel No One is a recent change of name, and everything at the Hotel including the entrance is still labelled Hotel de la Poste. This can be a little confusing. Breakfast was uninspiring, wifi was good. Room was a little small, even after paying a supplement to get a double bed

It was a great stay except the confusion over pricing as we thought we had an all inclusive rate for 3 in a room and even on confirmation, additional unexpected costs came through. The additional bed for which an additional charge incurred was very uncomfortable.

Nice, attractive hotel 20 minutes from Luxembourg
If you have time to take the train to the city this hotel is in, the tickets are only 2 euros each way for the 20 minute ride and about a 7 minute walk. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Luxembourg city, you might want to stay in Lux city instead. It is, however, a very nice hotel on the main boulevara in the city of Esch.

nice Staff but hotel in urgent need of renovation
Advantage, 10 minutes walk from the station, in the centre, nice staff and WiFi is good. The whole hotel is old and it shows in the bathroom where the equipment is basic and sometimes broken. The bedroom is very basic as well and is equipped with old furnitures and the bed is just a mattress on a bed spring, no bedspread just a duvet. The lift can hardly hold 2 people, only one with luggage. Too expensive for what it is

Fine for a business trip.
Stayed here with 3 colleagues for a business trip and it was perfectly pleasant. The breakfast was nice, and the hotel was in a very central location.

Overnight stay
Unsuitable for elderly or disability as nearest parking is 100 m away in public underground area. No direct access to hotel which is in a pedestrian precinct. Very small lift which does not access floor levels but between floors into a well with 4 stairs down and 8 stairs up to room corridor. Excellent breakfast and comfortable night but unsuitable for two octogenarians.

Disappointing, not worth the money
The reception was supposed to be open until 10 pm, we arrived around 9.30 pm and the receptionist had already left. The envelope containing our room card did not contain the internet password, so we were without internet the first night. There was confusion with breakfast - we were told we need to pay extra for breakfast. Three days later, around 8 am in the morning, when we wanted to check out, there was nobody in the reception. Also, there was no breakfast laid out in the dining hall. We left a post-it note, asking the hotel to send us our bill via email. The bill we received was about a hundred euros larger than the correct amount. We had to email the hotel again to receive the correct bill. Still, the final bill contained a service tax that was not displayed on the final amount of the booking at Hotels.com. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The hotel seems very understaffed. There was just one receptionist, who seemed to be also responsible for organising the breakfast table.

Great service with a genuine smile
This is the second time I stayed at the hotel and my positive experience proved that the first time was no fluke. The staff is very good - proactive, hands-on, very friendly & courteous, fluent in English, quick and accommodating, just overall positive energy - which makes a difference. The hotel is not the most modern one but the great service and attention to detail more than make up for that.

Definitely will return if we go back to Luxembourg
My girlfriend and I are travelling around Europe and we wanted to visit Luxembourg. Inexpensive compared to others in the city, Hotel de la Poste was the perfect hotel for this. There are regular trains to and from Luxembourg - about every 15 minutes, and the train station is an easy 15/20 minute walk from the hotel. It is in a pedestrianised shopping district, however there aren't many restaurants for in the evening. The receptionist was friendly and interested in us, asking what languages we speak and what we are doing etc. The room was spacious and had blackout shutters which kept it cooler at night. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The wifi was good aswell.

The rooms are big and fine, unfortunately without any AC which made us to open the windows but the street was a bit noisy. Otherwise it is recommended even for families. If the travellers have bigger car (SUV etc) and have roof box on it then the hotels parking house is not an option, but there is a quite cheap parking place near to the hotel. The train station is also near to the hotel and only 2 EUR/person the fee for the train if someone wants to visit Luxembourg.

The hotel is in the middle of a shopping area. Given two rooms at the end of the hall since we requested a quadruple. It's nice to be able to lock another door accessing the 2 rooms for privacy. Hotel has a parking garage.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Als ich ins Zimmer kam, brannte nur eine Lampe. Sonst kein Strom. War aber zu spät und wollte nur noch schlafen. Am morgen in der Dusche hatte es noch gebrauchte Rasierer und viele Haare in der Dusche. Als ich die Duschkabine schliessen wollte, kam mir die Türe auch noch entgegen. Konnte ich dann aber selber reparieren. Strom hatte ich da noch immer nicht. Ich durfte dann mein Zimmer wechseln. Das war zwar ein bisschen besser. Der Duschkopf war aber mit Klebeband an der Stange festgeklebt. Parkplatz war auch nicht kostenfrei obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. Kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Sorry

Sehr gute Lage in der Mitte der Fußgängerzone. Ein und Ausladen vor dem Eingang war trotz Fußgängerzone möglich, was hilfreich war. Leider war der Rest des Aufenthalts weniger ansprechend: - als wir ins Zimmer gekommen sind war bei uns auf dem Fensterbrett Zigarettenasche zu finden!! Ja es war leicht “versteckt” hinter dem Vorhang, aber wie kann das denn bitte übersehen werden, bzw. Wie lang longer es dort denn vielleicht schon? - underground parking is 12 euro a day and is a horrific garage that smells horrible and has a completely outdated system to open the gate! Please renovate at least the gate, so we do not have to pull a string anymore at the bottom of the hill to get out!! - we had a wedding to attend and were relying on an iron to steam clothing which these days almost every hotel has one in each room…after we called and the reception said she would give it to us, it was nowhere to be found when we walked downstairs to pick it up. She said “maybe someone took it” and laughed. I asked her to let us know when they find it - never heard anything. - even though our reservation said “breakfast included” there was no breakfast available at the hotel, which no one warned us about the day of check in. Apparently no staff available! - you can hear noise from the adjacent rooms all night! - in short, prices are way too expensive for what you get and I do not recommend staying here!

Cet hotel n'est pas un 4 étoiles, mais un 3 max
Malgré l'extrême gentillesse du personnel (c'est bien la première fois qu'on va faire des courses pour moi pour le petit déjeuner parce que je suis vegan ! ) je n'y retournerai pas. Nous étions 4, dans 4 chambres différentes, coté rue, coté cour, et répartis sur 2 étages. Les personnes coté rue n'ont pas dormi car il y avait trop de bruit et le camion poubelle à 5h30 du matin. Moi j'étais coté cour et je n'ai pas dormi à cause des voisins qui ont fait du bruit jusqu'à 1h30. Et la deuxième nuit n'étais pas mieux, il y a eu du bruits dans les couloirs jusqu'à 23h. Les murs sont tellement fins qu'on entend tout et on se croirait dans un dortoir. La 4e personne était aussi coté cour et a eu des bruits toute la nuit, comme des "coups dans la tuyauterie". Les chambres sont sans aucun charme et sans minibar. La propreté est à peine passable. Le wifi n'est pas fiable, j'avais une box abimée dans ma chambre et j'ai souvent eu des coupures. Les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hotel 4 étoiles. Et j'avoue que j'ai trouvé ça léger de m'accuser d'avoir un sommeil léger alors que l'hotel est mal fréquenté, et que les autres hôtes décident de venir frapper sur les portes à minuit et faire des réunions dans le hall. Le personnel n'a pas non plus veillé à ce qu'il n'y ait plus de bruit après 22h, une dame en talons en particulier...30 minutes de check-in et 20 min de check-out suite à une erreur de facturation. Bref, plus pour moi!

Prima hotelletje. Eenvoudig maar netjes. Ontbijt zeer eenvoudig maar kwalitatief goed. Wordt bij inchecken gevraagd naar wat je wil, zoet of gemengd. Wij hadden gemengd met een prima sortering vleeswaren en kaas. Verder klein buffet met houdbare spullen.
