Our experience at Hotel Perrin was the best it could be. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself is quaint, having great character, but also covers every need beautifully - a fantastic breakfast option in style and rooms that are cozy and convenient with a great desk, hairdryers and plenty of space. That area of Luxembourg had numerous restaurant options and a close by pharmacy and other shops. The bus stops and train station are within a 5-minute walk making the location ideal. When I go back to Luxembourg City, I will definitely stay there.

I don't normally leave a review but it is worth informing people of this hotel. It is a charming hotel located on a quiet side-street 3 minutes walking distance from the main train station. I found the guest host/reception to be warm, personable and professional. The bedroom was warm and comfortable. I liked the envelopes and writing paper on the room table! Holding onto the romantic notion that letters are still handwritten. Buffet Breakfast was typically continental and was fine. Not being in the old city, you have two walking routes which give panoramic views across a gorge to the old city and the park below. Of course, all public transport within the city and country us free to use, no ticket purchase is necessary. The location is convenient to take a half-day or full day trip from the train station. I also recommend the dizzying panoramic elevator ride to explore the town of Vauden below the city.

Nice hotel, great location
The location of the hotel is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the train station and bus to/from the airport. Also just about 15 mins to the the main part of the city. We booked a superior twin room, but I don't know what was superior about it. It was clean, but smaller than my friend's room, who also had booked the superior twin. I'm disappointed that breakfast was not included (an additional €20 each). The hotel has a lovely lounge and personnel were very nice. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay in for the weekend.
