"Clean and functional aparthotel, modern design. However, lots of hidden charges (for not taking trash out, for forgetting to return plastic key cards, etc). "

"Worst travel experience ever. Dirty and unsafe. The room wasn't clean when I arrived (after 4pm): used bed sheets and towels full garbage can. One of the blinders was broken and the kitchen table was about to break (hard to work when the table is bobbling so hard). Finally to top thing off, I was locked inside the room for hours because the electric lock was brocken. I missed business meetings because the Support team couldn't care less (it doesn't feel good when you keep calling to be able...

"This hotel was excellent from staff, food, location everything. Only thing I’d change make the beds not so firm and pillows a little more firm. Have pillows options available for guest if they ask for a pillow. . Linens were good. The shower glass could be a little wider so you don’t get water all over. I still give this place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💜"

"Really nice hotel for a short stay in Luxembourg. Outside of the city centre but with a bus stop right outside the hotel and frequent buses. There's a nic boulangerie nearby where you can have breakfast. Rooms are modern with large beds and smart tvs. Would book again if visiting Luxembourg. Good value for money."

Good hotel in good location

"Overall good stay and good location. Breakfast is at a restaurant in the train station and is well worth the cost. Pillows were less than ideal. Important to note..the shower has a viewing wall, you will see the person showering. Not sure if all rooms are the same. No curtain to close or privacy screen. It was ok for us but could be awkward for others"

Great location in beautiful city

"Easy walk to train station. In Luxembourg all 2nd class train travel, trams and buses are free. Had excellent room away from street therefore very quiet. Room got very dark and with excellent bed good rest. Breakfast didn’t have hot food, but everything was good tasting and well supplied. I’ll take the better bed over breakfast every time. GREAT STAFF!!"
