"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Oh boy… I’ll start with the pros: Ground floor It’s just like the pictures. About half mile from old town so it was an easy walk. Quiet building, quiet street 1 car garage Washer and dryer in the building. We loved getting videos with instructions to access building, access garage and how to use the laundry area. "Great loft in the middle of an excellent area for shopping and dining. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You do need to be in a bit of good shape as it is 4 flights up a circular stairs with the last bit very narrow. I will always book this loft first."

"Travel on public transport throughout Luxembourg is brilliant and free. Park your car at this hotel and never touch it until you leave. Facilities are very good, food a little expensive, but get yourself out and about and return later for a relaxing swim etc. Rooms are of good size and comfortable without having to be too clever or modern including mini fridge and safe in room. Breakfast will last you all day, if you want, and your body can take it, with good all round selection. Car park is huge, but can get busy as they hold many large events."
