Checked in had no pillow cases just two yellow stained pillows and two small pillow squares which were worn with stains and holes the front door was broken and they had to send a nan out three hours after check in to fix it. No parking only on a housing estate over the toad. Reception said it wasn’t their responsibility to sort pillows so had to go and buy new ones in primark and bedding and towels as only one small towel was alicaited . This is not what you expect when after a long journey checking in somewhere only to have to go and buy your own bedding . Don’t stay here .!:

Lovely apartment, bad bed.

Really nice apartment, but you can hear everybody in the adjacent rooms and very loud in the corridors. Possibly one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. If the bed had been comfortable, I could have ignored the noise levels.

You get what you pay for

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and small. Location isn’t really the greatest if you’re spending most of your time in London. Dishes were also not very clean.

Comfortable apartment with good amenities

The apartment was very clean and modern. Service at hotel reception was good. However, I feel that the apartment owners should either change their address in Hotels.com or should include a door at the address included in Hotels.com. In the Hotels.com website, the address given was 4-7 New street but the actual address where the reception was situated is 4, Dumfries street. This caused initial hiccup for my stay. There was no parking, which could be a problem to those travelling by car.

Not worth the money.

The rooms were very modern and up to date but lacked the basic essentials. The “free toiletries” were half used bottles of soap and shampoo. The shower flooded the bathroom several times. I also noticed that we had no bin in our room and requested one I was shocked when the receptionist said “we can’t do anything. Use the one in the kitchen” which was several doors away from our room. Our room also had no tv, & hadn’t been cleaned properly as we noticed other people’s belongings were on the floor still.

New street serviced apartments.

I expected the apartments to be of a basic standard due to the price. The pictures showed a good standard of room an amenities, including TV, microwave etc. However the room had no amenities. A TV should at least be supplied.

basic but good location

Check-in lady lovely but apparently only helping out from the place next door. Room/bathroom clean & tidy - spacious for student-like accommodation. Items missing from kitchen (only one mug & one fork), no DVD player (as advertised). Free toiletries consisted of some liquid hand soap. Not even any toilet roll!!! Cleaners let themselves in at 9.15 despite check out being later. Nowhere to leave key card on check-out except place next door who didn’t want to know about problems.

You get what you pay for

This hotel is reasonably priced for the area and the standards roughly match the price. It's pretty clean but not spotless. It has the bare minimum required for a stay; there's towels, cutlery and utensils. The front desk is good and they are friendly and helpful. The gym is quite small but is well equipped for a decent workout.

Hotel à l’accueil peu acceuillant. Difficile a trouver. Etat des parties commune ok... La chambre n’etait pas propre, pas de serviette de bain, pas de savon. Toillet salle avec trace d’excrément est d’urine. A fuir!
