### Charming 3 bedroom house

This house offers both comfort and convenience:  
  
 \- Ground floor: A spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, plus a double bedroom with a private bathroom (shower and toilet).  
 \- First floor: Two large bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and the possibility of adding two single beds (ideally for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4). A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.  
 \- Each bedroom is spacious and includes a small sitting area with a TV.  
 \- Outdoor space: A secure, fenced garden and a covered barbecue area for a relaxing outdoor experience.  
  
Guests have full access to the house. Parking is available on the street.  
  
If you need to get in touch with us, we can be reached by phone (calls/sms) or via the platform's discussion thread.  
  
To access the television, please use the Molotov app.  
  
You can log into your Netflix, Disney+, or YouTube account to enjoy your favorite shows.
