### Charming Renovated House with Private Parking, Garden, and Easy Access to Nancy

Small ground-floor house at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Lunéville.  
You are a 5-minute walk from the historic center (theater, churches, synagogue, Château des Lumières, Parc des Bosquets) and shopping (rue Banaudon and Place Léopold).  
Nancy is a 30-minute drive away. Easy access from the A330 (Nancy - Strasbourg), exit 7 minutes away.  
Train station 3 km away (1 or 2 trains per hour to Nancy - 20-minute journey).  
Bus stop 150 meters away.  
  
Public charging station with 2 charging points and an electric car-sharing service 1 kilometer away. The ground-floor house has been completely renovated, with no break in level throughout (2 steps at the entrance). Entrance hall, fitted and equipped kitchen, living room, second living room that can be converted into a bedroom (140x190 sofa bed, €30 for bed linen), one bedroom (two 90x190 beds), shower room, toilet.  
Electric heating, price includes utilities.  
Private parking in front of the house.  
Washing machine and clothes line in the attached garage.
