"I stayed here for a few nights and overall, it was an okay experience. The property itself is decent, with a swimming pool and very kind staff. The two best things were definitely the breakfast, which was very good, and the kindness of the staff. For example, one night around midnight, I asked for a water bottle while a staff member was cleaning the pool. She stopped what she was doing, went to the office, and brought me a bottle of water — a very kind and surprising gesture. On the other hand, the property does feel a bit old and worn down. The carpet in the room seemed dirty, and in some areas, especially the bathroom, the paint and color looked faded or chipped. If you’re just looking for a place to stay overnight, it works well. But if you want something more modern, fancy, or stylish, this may not be the right choice."

"Great stay. We booked the day of for a last minute trip. We chose a Falls View room but there was a glitch and we were alerted while driving. I called immediately and was assured that everything would be fine when we arrived but unfortunately it wasn't - our room had been canceled. The hotel handled it beautifully. We had a partial view the first night but they gave us a credit and moved us into an amazing suite the second night. I am absolutely fine with mistakes if you own it which is exactly what they did. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was beautiful. Incredibly clean. Staff was pleasant. Would absolutely stay there again."
